Live Help for Multiple Websites:

You can put ChatWoo on more than one websites. No need for multiple accounts. You can monitor them from one admin account. You can create separate customized Chat Window for each website according to website color scheme.

Transfer Chat:

Agents can easily transfer chats within themselves. In case a query is not resolved by one agent, he can transfer it to higher authority.

Ban spammers:

Serving Agent can ban or unban an inappropriately behaving user by using one’s own discretion. This can be done by using IP address.

File Sharing:

Visitor and Serving Agent can share files and screenshots effortlessly. Receiving faulty screenshots enables the agent to ascertain actual issues faced by the user. All types of file sharing are allowed except .exe and size is limited up to 3MB.

Q: How to initiate chat with visitors?

Visit URL: Login
Enter Domain Admin login id and password
Now, you can see the available visitors under ‘Support Room’ tab and can start chat.

Q: How to add an Agent?

Select Manage Agent Tab and fill the Agent details i.e. User Name, Email, Password and Department if available.

Q: How can an agent initiate chat with my visitors?

Now Agent can see the available visitors under support room tab and can start chat by clicking on ‘Start Chat’ button.
